Standards & Guidance
- 2.3.1 Three Flashes or Below Threshold is Level A, already part of WCAG 2.1. Avoid flashing; uncertain frequency, area, brightness, or red-flash behavior requires validated analysis. A pause control cannot make unsafe exposure acceptable.
