- 3.2.1 On Focus and 3.2.2 On Input are Level A, already part of WCAG 2.1. Changing content is not always changing context. 3.2.4 Consistent Identification is AA and concerns the same functionality within a set of pages; same-page inconsistency alone does not prove that failure.
