VoiceOver
Screen reader built into macOS and other Apple devices. Use it in Module 05 to test page structure, controls, and state announcements without relying on visual layout alone.
Overview
VoiceOver is the built-in macOS screen reader. It is one of the primary screen-reader paths used in this course because it is already available on common Apple hardware used in class and in many workflows.
Why It Matters
Students can use it to evaluate headings, links, forms, landmarks, and state changes while working through the same page visually and with speech output.
